Waitlist
We store your email address, signup and confirmation times, the version of the consent text and, where applicable, your unsubscribe time. These records are used to confirm your request and send one email when R&OM goes on sale. Unconfirmed addresses do not receive launch emails.
Unsubscribing and retention
You can unsubscribe through the link in your confirmation or launch email, or by contacting us. Unconfirmed signups older than seven days are removed when the next signup is processed. A maintenance command is also provided for regular cleanup. Confirmed addresses are retained until the launch or your withdrawal; after the campaign, personal data must be deleted unless another valid basis applies.
Hosting and delivery
This page uses no advertising or analytics services and sets no waitlist cookies. To limit abuse, it stores a daily, one-way identifier derived from the requesting IP address. These records are removed after 24 hours when the next request is processed. The hosting and email providers may process connection information needed to operate their services.
